Questions About the Kit

What exactly do I receive after purchase?

You receive two files via instant download: a 52-page PDF whitepaper and a pre-built Excel workbook (.xlsx). The PDF is formatted for both digital reading and A4 printing, with hyperlinked chapters. The Excel file is compatible with Microsoft Excel 2016 and later, as well as Microsoft 365 — and works on both Windows and macOS. No macros are required; all calculations use standard Excel formulas.

Can I use this across multiple client engagements?

The standard licence covers use within your own organisation or for consultants assessing a single client. For Microsoft Partners and consultants who run readiness assessments across multiple client organisations, we offer a Partner Licence that covers unlimited client use. Contact hello@copilot-365.com for Partner Licence pricing — typically used by MSPs and Modern Workplace practices.

Do I need PowerShell experience to use this?

No. The majority of checks are performed via the Microsoft admin centre GUIs, with exact navigation paths provided in both the whitepaper and the Excel tracker. The PowerShell chapter (Chapter 8) includes ready-to-copy commands with step-by-step instructions for running them in Exchange Online PowerShell, SharePoint Online Management Shell, and Microsoft Graph PowerShell. Each command includes an annotated example of its output so you know what to look for.

How current is the content — does it cover Copilot for Microsoft 365 (Wave 2)?

Yes. The whitepaper was last updated in May 2025 and covers the current Microsoft 365 Copilot product (formerly Copilot for Microsoft 365), including Copilot Pages, Copilot Studio integration points, and the updated licensing SKU structure introduced in late 2024. We review and update the content 2–3 times per year, and all previous buyers receive a free update notification with a new download link when a new version is published.
