The 12-Week Programme

Six carefully sequenced phases that build on each other — from laying the foundation to celebrating company-wide adoption.

  Weeks 1–2
Readiness Assessment & Champion Selection

We begin with a deep dive into your organisation's current state — licence coverage, technical readiness, and cultural appetite for AI. From there we identify and recruit your Copilot Champions, the internal advocates who will drive adoption from the inside out. You'll end this phase with a clear readiness report and a confirmed champion cohort.

  Weeks 3–4
Technical Setup & Configuration

We work alongside your IT team to ensure Copilot is properly licensed, configured, and secured. This includes data governance checks, sensitivity label reviews, SharePoint permissions audits, and any required Entra ID configurations. The result: a clean, compliant technical foundation your champions can confidently demonstrate.

  Weeks 5–6
Champion Training (Live Sessions)

Your champions receive intensive, hands-on live training across all core Copilot applications — Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Copilot Chat. We also train them on facilitation skills so they can confidently run lunch-and-learns and floor walks with colleagues. Each champion leaves certified and ready to teach.

  Weeks 7–8
Departmental Rollout

Champions activate their departments using our ready-made communication templates, quick-start guides, and role-specific prompt libraries. Each department gets a tailored onboarding experience with relevant use cases for their function. We support champions throughout with a weekly check-in call and on-demand Q&A.

  Weeks 9–10
Adoption Measurement & Iteration

Using Viva Insights and Microsoft 365 admin data, we build your Copilot adoption dashboard and run the first measurement cycle. We identify which departments are engaging, which need a nudge, and what barriers are preventing usage. The insights feed directly into targeted follow-up actions and campaign adjustments.

  Weeks 11–12
Company-wide Launch & Celebration

We culminate the programme with a planned, visible company-wide launch event — whether virtual, in-person, or hybrid. Champions are publicly recognised, success stories are shared, and senior leadership reinforces the vision. We hand over a full Change Management Playbook to sustain adoption momentum well beyond the 12 weeks.
